Protection

To ensure your belongings are fully protected, all customers are required to have adequate coverage in place.

We offer StoreProtect, an enhanced liability service used by many leading UK self-storage facilities as a convenient alternative to traditional insurance. If you would like to review our policy (provided by Basil Fry), please contact ben@lightbluestorage.co.uk.

If you will not be using StoreProtect, you will need to provide evidence of your own separate insurance policy. Please submit this proof within 30 days of your move-in date. If we haven't received your external policy details by then, we will automatically enrol you in StoreProtect to ensure there is no gap in your coverage.
